Job summary

ServiceMaster by Twins in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Mitigation Technician to perform emergency restoration at homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, or storms. You will respond to incidents, assess damage, set up equipment, and begin controlled demolition and drying operations.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and willingness to work nights or weekends.

• Operate restoration equipment safely and effectively.
• Meet physical and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water losses and perform mitigation services.
• Inspect and assess water damage using moisture detection.
• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials.
• Perform controlled demolition and set up drying equipment.
• Follow company procedures and IICRC standards.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles and communicate with customers.
