Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Technician to provide emergency restoration services in Southampton, NJ. You will respond to calls for fire, water, mold, and storm damage, ensuring properties are stabilized and damage is minimized.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and be willing to obtain relevant certifications. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Acceptable driving record and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services.
• Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean and store salvageable items.
