Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in gas utility operations, or dispatching/scheduling preferred.
• Lives within a commutable distance of the Denver, PA office (45 minutes)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct routine service activity. Manage work and resources via load leveling to ensure timely completion of compliance and appointment-based work.
• Answer off-hours phone calls from all UGI customers and coordinate emergency response.
• Supervise and direct emergency field activity using all tools and applications.
• Accurate and timely entry of data into callout database, emergency order log, and related timelines.
