Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in gas utility operations, or dispatching/scheduling experience preferred.
• Lives within a commutable distance of the Denver, PA office (45 minutes).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct routine service activity. Manage work and resources via load leveling to ensure timely completion of work.
• Answer off-hours phone calls from customers, 911/EMA centers and public utilities for emergency response.
• Supervise and direct emergency field activity and adhere to Emergency Response procedures.
• Accurate and timely entry of data pertaining to callout database, emergency orders, and incident timelines.
