Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. is seeking a Dispatcher in Londonderry, NH to coordinate emergency and non‑emergency calls, monitor system conditions, and dispatch gas and water crews via the Click system. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service in a dynamic utility operations environment.

You will work rotating shifts, utilize SAP to create work orders, and collaborate with the Control Room, Construction, and Operations to prioritize actions during incidents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with experience in dispatching or call center environment.
• Knowledge of GIS, SAP, work scheduling or dispatching systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dispatcher on shift and monitor system conditions using the Click system.
• Dispatch field crews and coordinate with Control Room and Operations to restore gas and water operations.
• Create and maintain dispatch logs and after-hours callouts and notifications.
