UGI Utilities, Inc is seeking a Dispatcher to manage routine and emergency field activity through real-time scheduling, ensuring safe operations, maximum margins, and superior customer service. All dispatchers work on rotating schedules and handle emergency communications using multiple applications.

This role requires strong supervisory and communication skills, experience with field resource coordination, and knowledge of company tools such as SAP, Mainframe, and MS Office.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in gas utility operations or dispatching/scheduling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct routine service activity; manage work via load leveling; support field resources via phone, IM, radio, and emails; generate service orders; monitor PA1Call tickets and emergency orders.
• Answer off-hours calls from customers, 911/EMA centers, and public utilities; notify customers if appointments are at risk.
• Supervise and direct emergency field activity; utilize tools/appliances to adhere to Emergency Response procedures.
• Accurate data entry for callout database, emergency orders, and event timelines; assist colleagues when workload is high.
