Responsibilities

• Dispatchers will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.
• Assign and route transportation requests.
• Provide clear communication to ensure quality support and care to customers.
• Document communications following protocols and identify and escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time, issues and performance.
• Collaborate with alliedhealth and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
