A leading aerospace company is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Specialist in Mesa, AZ. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an emergency dispatcher in an ECC/PSAP.
• Experience in a crisis-oriented team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and enter emergency calls while monitoring radio channels.
• Provide Pre-Arrival Instructions as per policies.
• Make necessary notifications and support training as needed.
• Maintain documentation in the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
• Make critical decisions in real-time during crises.
