• Administer and troubleshoot security systems, report issues to relevant personnel.
• Dispatch security officers in response to alarms per protocols.
• Log all security events and outcomes in incident management system.
• Answer inbound calls from employees and security personnel with professional, service-focused responses.
• Triage incoming service calls and redirect to appropriate teams.
