  • Receive and direct emergency and complaint calls and relay instructions to appropriate authorities.
  • Monitor CAD system and dispatch routine and emergency support as needed.
  • Monitor radio frequencies across multiple divisions and log calls.
  • Answer 911 calls from unincorporated areas and provide emergency assistance.
  • Perform criminal history inquiries and monitor building and court security alarms.
