Infinity is seeking a compassionate Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses in emergency roadside situations, delivering calm, clear guidance and fast, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Onsite technical assessment is required.
• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy.
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people in urgent situations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.
• Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.
