Infinity is seeking an Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses needing emergency roadside assistance, communicating clearly and acting with urgency.

The role requires staying calm under pressure, coordinating dispatch, and delivering exceptional service while documenting interactions and providing real-time updates to all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 25+ WPM typing with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy.
• Service-oriented mindset for urgent situations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Experience with CRM, mapping tools, and dispatch software.
• Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients.
