Job summary

Infinity Global, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for assigned retail clients and to support daily operational needs.

You will liaise between clients and internal partners, schedule and participate in regular meetings, and help process orders, generate reports, and track inventory to prevent stockouts while ensuring SLA adherence. Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a point of contact for corporate clients for day-to-day operations for assigned programs.
• Liaises between corporate client and internal partners.
• Participates in regular customer and team meetings, presenting content with internal and external partners as requested.
• Builds relationships with client and internal partners.
• Supports and action customer requests and inquiries within SLA.
• Assists in maintaining customer action item list.
• Assists in maintaining a client procedure manual.
• Supports ERP and ecommerce platform updates and maintenance.
• Processes orders and supports order updates as required.
• Creates, analyzes, shares reports with findings to the Account Manager and client.
• Assists in monitoring inventory levels and actioning stock outs.
• Identifies and communicates areas of opportunity and/or risk.
• Assists Account Manager with resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Actions required credits and debits.
• Supports planning for client events and/or new stores.
• Assist team in achieving team and department goals and client SLA’s.
• Supports team initiatives working with other team members, complying with company guidelines, and being an ambassador of the department.
