All Fleet Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher / Emergency Breakdown Services Coordinator to assist nationwide drivers, coordinating urgent repair and emergency services. You will communicate with drivers, mobile technicians, and stakeholders to ensure rapid, effective outcomes.

Qualified candidates should have a positive attitude, solid phone and organizational skills, and 1–3 years in dispatch or transportation. We offer healthcare options, growth opportunities, and a starting wage of $16 per hour,

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers cheerfully.
• Strong phone etiquette and fast, professional responses.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for emails and chats.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Must reside in United States.
• 1–3 years' experience in dispatch, fleet maintenance, or transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immediate onsite repair and emergency services for stranded drivers.
• Maintain clear communication among drivers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Learn drivers' needs in emergencies and coordinate timely solutions.
• Represent All Fleet Inc. professionally in all interactions.
