Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a 13-line phone system and manage communications.
• Scan and file encounter documents into patient charts.
• Arrange transportation and radiology transfers as needed.
• Monitor the Patient Safety Surveillance system for the unit.
• Coordinate EMS transfers and ED admissions as directed.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses and care team to facilitate patient flow.
