Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a 13-line phone system and patient calls.
• Support ED team with clerical tasks and patient flow.
• Coordinate EMS transfers and radiology scheduling.
• Scan and file encounter documents into patient charts.
• Monitor Patient Safety Surveillance system and assist with transfers.
