Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior work administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• PMAB Certification within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform a broad range of clerical support functions in the nursing unit (reception tasks).
• Collect and compile patient data.
• Assemble medical records.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Perform routine patient care functions as needed.
