Job summary

You will perform routine patient-care functions as needed and support broader unit operations. Must have administrative experience, English proficiency, and be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior work administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current BLS certification upon hire (issued by the AHA)
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform a broad range of clerical support functions in the nursing unit.
• Perform reception duties, collect and compile patient data, assemble medical records.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge; perform related duties as required.
