The Unit Service Coordinator at University of California - Irvine Health will coordinate a broad range of clerical support within the nursing unit. Duties include reception, collecting patient data, assembling medical records, and assisting with admission and discharge, with occasional routine patient care tasks.

The role requires English communication skills, the ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends, and PMAB certification within 3 months of hire.

• Administrative/clerical experience in a medical setting.
• PMAB certification required within 3 months of hire and renewed annually.
• Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient reading/writing and communication in English.
