UCI Health is seeking a Unit Service Coordinator to provide clerical support on a nursing unit, including reception, data collection, medical records assembly and assisting with admissions and discharges.

The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, with optional bilingual skills and the ability to work variable shifts; PMAB certification is expected within 3 months of hire and renewed annually.

Qualificações

• Prior work administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Preventative Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) Certification within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
