Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, invites an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a 170-bed acute care facility offering 24/7 ER care and a wide range of services. This role combines clinical and supervisory duties, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 2 years ED experience required.
• ACLS/PALS certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ED.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing re-evaluations.
• Manage pain and educate patients and families on pain control.
• Triage patients and assign appropriate levels of care.
