Qualifications

• BSN degree and at least 1 year of RN experience.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to perform assessments and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition and needs.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate, and document the care plan and education.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes to the team.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: provide comprehensive shift reports for continuity of care.
