Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license is required.
• BLS CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s condition on admission and ongoing assessments.
• Plan, implement, and document the plan of care; teach patient/family.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge needs and care transition.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; monitor for changes.
• Provide bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of patient care.
