Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree and 1 year RN experience required.
• Current RN licensure in TX on hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days and ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform ongoing condition evaluations.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document the plan of care and discharge goals.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; report changes to the team.
• Reassess patients after interventions and modify care as needed.
• Provide comprehensive bedside reports to oncoming staff.
