The role requires strong data-entry and customer service skills, proficiency with Windows, and the ability to work in a high-volume team. A High School Diploma is required; signing bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Computer skills include Windows and navigation.
• Customer service skills (verbal and written) with diverse internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting demographic and insurance data.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations.
• Schedule radiology, lab, and other appointments.
• Handle patient Liabilities and financial interactions as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and support front-desk duties.
