Responsibilities

• Interviewing/Demographic Information: records all patient demographics in EMR.
• 1.1 During arrival: identify patients and print ID labels for proper registration.
• Insurance and Billing: obtain and verify billing information at the point of service.
• ED Registration Functions: manage the ED Track Board to prioritize patient flow.
• Admitting Functions: process in-patient bookings and escort patients as needed.
• Resource Management: maintain system access and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Service: follow guidelines to ensure a positive patient experience.
