Qualifications

• 2+ years medical office or customer service experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling.
• Handle patient calls, inquiries, and routing.
• Collect copays and update insurance/billing info.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Support patient flow and accessibility in the ED.
