Job summary

You will coordinate with clinical and financial teams to ensure data accuracy and timely billing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a PC and basic software applications.
• One year of related experience preferably in healthcare or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, registers, and admits patients at bedside and verifies insurance data.
• Handles financial clearance, estimates patient liabilities, and posts payments in the ADT system.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate electronic health record registrations, including downtime procedures.
• Responds to inquiries from patients and hospital staff, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Completes mandatory trainings and adheres to AHN policies; performs additional duties as assigned.
