Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2+ years Medical office experience. Or 2 years of customer service experience.
• Associate of Arts or Science (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• The PSA assists in patient intake/registration and scheduling; handles arrivals/departures; manages calls and inquiries; updates insurance/billing in EMR; coordinates appointments; verifies demographics/insurance; supports patient navigation and revenue cycle tasks; follows department protocols.
