Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek Hospital is seeking a Patient Representative for the Emergency Department to support patient access activities during a 12-hour day shift. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments as needed.
• Enter physician orders and update patient accounts.
• Schedule appointments and communicate information clearly.
