Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in medical, financial services, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ED registration and patient flow in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor staff performance and report to management.
• Resolve registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing issues.
• Train staff and ensure competency in patient access processes.
• Support regulatory compliance and KPI reporting.
