Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families in person and by phone
• Register and admit patients for emergency, walk-in, and non-scheduled services
• Create or activate patient accounts and enter demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and scan required documents
• Support bed placement, transfers, and discharges with clinical teams
• Explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate
• Connect patients to financial assistance and coordinate with case management
