Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching of emergency responders using CAD and radio networks.
• Supervise operators and dispatchers on assigned shift.
• Provide training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor radio and telephone traffic and conduct quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
