Regional 911 Intake Solutions is seeking 911 Call Takers for Sweet Grass, MT. You will be the first point of contact for emergencies, asking focused questions and documenting information to coordinate responses.

This role may involve rotating shifts and overtime, depending on staffing needs. A high school diploma is commonly required, and prior customer service or public safety experience is helpful; some vacancies accept applicants without dispatch experience.

• Answer emergency and nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller information.

• Enter details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information to dispatch promptly.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions within training and certification.
