Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL, seeks an IS Coordinator to ensure accurate emergency communications, manage main switchboard operations, and lead staff through code procedures and system failures.

You will oversee education and competency dissemination, coordinate access and position control, and participate in emergency management activities, while maintaining compliance with policies and providing reliable telecom support.

Qualifications

• 2+ call center experience
• 2+ call center experience with high call volume activity averaging 200,000+ calls monthly
• 2+ leadership experience
• 3+ leadership experience
• Leadership experience including mentoring and accountability

Responsibilities

• Oversee main switchboard communications and emergency code responses.
• Coordinate IS access and position control requests for staff.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Contribute to Emergency Management committee and support quarterly exercises.
