Responsibilities include answering calls, paging, notifying on-call staff, and organizing next-day schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months customer service experience focused on telephone communication.
• Clear English communication and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Use established scripts to answer and route calls within defined timeframes.
• Answer code telephones within two rings and obtain information for initiation.
• Operate overhead paging and notify personnel as needed.
• Notify on-call personnel by established communication methods.
• Set up next-day schedules and coordinate interpreter services as required.
