Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Security Dispatch Specialist for the Atrium Health Mobile Medicine Operations in Mint Hill, NC. The role requires coordinating security responses, handling radio and phone calls, and ensuring accurate documentation of incidents.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches Security personnel to scene as requested to ensure prompt response.
• Receives calls via radio or phone and follows protocols for emergency response.
• Transmits accurate information to personnel as needed.
• Prioritizes emergency calls appropriately.
• Documents emergencies in the Security Communications database.
• Monitors alarm systems and dispatches appropriate agencies.
