Qualifications

• Must pass physical exam, hearing test and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency and routine calls for service; gather essential information from callers.
• Page responders and provide radio dispatch with EMS instructions until responders arrive.
• Track calls via phone/radio and enter data into LEDS CAD system; monitor responders’ status.
