Qualificações

• Strong listening comprehension and communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately and follow structured procedures.
• Customer service or call-center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency calls and nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller contact information.
• Ask approved questions to determine nature and urgency.
• Enter details into dispatch software accurately.
• Forward information to the appropriate dispatch function promptly.
• Provide pre-arrival guidance only within training.
