Public Safety Dispatch Network is seeking 911 Call Takers in Kimball, Nebraska. You will handle emergency and nonemergency calls, verify locations, and document details for dispatch teams.

Training and certification are provided; overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong listening and typing skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Assist distressed callers with essential questions and instructions.
• Utilize language-access and accessibility resources when needed.
