Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience with wires or research and analysis in a production environment.
• Ability to multitask using various systems/applications.
• Excellent time management and prioritization under pressure.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze wire instructions and repair complex wire payments for clients.
• Follow production standards and maintain accuracy in procedures.
• Learn payment processing, lifecycle, and wire settlement flows.
• Navigate multiple processing applications during research and exception handling.
• Assist with product/service coordination and implementations.
