Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support research and resolution of wire payment inquiries.
• Manage wire recall and validity-of-payment requests.
• Send and receive wire recall messages and support the approval process for investigation-related service messages.
• Manage multiple cases concurrently and communicate with customers, relationship managers, and branch partners by phone and email.
