Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Senior Director to lead regional teams across EMEA and drive ARR growth, retention, and a superior customer experience. The role focuses on coaching market solutions leaders, guiding transformation, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Services to deliver repeatable, value-based outcomes.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and/or Professional Services.
Proven track record of delivering ARR growth, retention, and expansion in a platform and solutions-based selling motion.
Proficient in Salesforce and BI tools.
Deep fluency in MEDDPICC (or equivalent) and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
Experience as a practice or system builder with scalable processes or capability models.

Responsibilities

Lead the Geographical Market Solutions Teams and coach across markets.
Drive regional revenue and customer outcomes including ARR growth and NPS.
Own the regional component with shared/channel teams and define operating models.
