Skillsoft is seeking an experienced North America Market Solutions & Services Sr. Director to drive ARR growth, improve retention, and guide teams through change with clarity and pace.

The role combines Sales, Professional Services Delivery, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and Customer Success across five North America markets. You will oversee regional Market Solutions Leaders, ensure end-to-end customer lifecycle execution (presales, adoption, expansion, renewal), and partner with the North

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and/or Professional Services.
• Proven track record of delivering ARR growth, retention, and expansion in a platform and solutions-based selling motion.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Deep fluency in MEDDPICC (or equivalent), value-based selling, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Geographical Market Solutions Teams across North America.
• Coach MSLs and their teams on solutioning, executive discovery, and problem framing.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and tooling to expand capacity.
• Own regional revenue and customer outcomes: ARR growth, retention, expansion, NPS.
• Collaborate with channel partners and shared/cross-regional solution teams.
• Define charter and operating model for global shared/channel solution teams.
