Skillsoft Ireland Limited is seeking a North America Market Solutions Director to lead regional teams, drive ARR growth, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across NA markets. You will coach market leaders, ensure end-to-end lifecycle execution, and partner with sales, product, and services to scale value delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS.
• Experience driving ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
• Fluent in MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
• Strong operational rigor with forecasting, pipeline inspection, and data-driven outcomes.
• Deep familiarity with North America market dynamics and executive engagement with C-suite.
• Experience building repeatable processes and capability models at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead geographical Market Solutions Teams and coach MSLs to high performance.
• Drive end-to-end customer lifecycle with MEDDPICC rigor from Sale to Renew; ensure value realization.
• Own regional ARR growth, retention, and expansion targets with sales leadership.
• Define charter and operating model for global shared/channel solution teams and enablement content.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to close feedback loops from field to global functions.
