Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Senior Director to drive growth and customer outcomes across the EMEA region, owning ARR, retention, and the end-to-end lifecycle from presales to renewal.

You will coach Market Solutions Leaders, champion MEDDPICC discipline, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to sustain a high-performance, transformation-ready organization in a global, matrixed setting.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and/or Professional Services.
• Overseeing Professional / Managed Services and Solutioning with results driving long-term customer growth through services engagements based on business cases.
• Proven track record of delivering ARR growth, retention, and expansion in a platform and solutions-based selling motion.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Deep fluency in MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
• Experience as a practice or system builder — designing repeatable processes, tools, or capability models at scale.

• Lead the Geographical Market Solutions Teams and set performance standards.
• Coach solutioning capability and guide transformation across the organization.
• Deliver regional revenue and customer outcomes through the lifecycle: presales, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Own regional shared/channel solution teams and establish engagement rules.
• Drive cross-regional consistency while enabling local tailoring where needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Revenue Ops to close feedback loops.
