Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers through pre-sales, ensuring technical fit and aligned end-to-end solutions for GRC platforms. You will work with Account Executives to validate technical feasibility, demonstrate value, and shape deals across SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 frameworks.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), strong communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, GRC consultant, or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and guiding technical customers through pre-sales processes.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with ability to demonstrate solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Strategic discovery and deal qualification, partnering with Account Executives to uncover pain points and align solutions.
• Secure the solution win by validating feasibility and guiding stakeholders toward a shared delivery vision.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how the company solves customer problems across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
• Shape deals with the Account Executive to align success criteria and surface risks.
• Oversee post-sale handoff with the delivery teams and create a complete design handoff document.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to Product for functionality prioritization and sales opportunities.
• Support customers through their trial process and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
