Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. The role involves assisting customers across EMEA and the Americas, via chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings, triaging issues, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Product teams to define needed functionality and share knowledge through documentation and training, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical breadth in cloud/open-source domains such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Develop solutions based on the company Cloud and open-source for documentation, knowledge base, blogs, and training.
• Collaborate with global teams to define functionality required by users and customers.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
