Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide Fortune 500 customers through cloud security strategies. You will craft demonstrations, run POCs, and educate diverse audiences from developers to executives.

The role blends strong technical insight with business acumen and requires travel to client sites. You will collaborate with sales teams to map customer needs to the company Identity Platform, delivering compelling technical content and impactful demonstrations

Qualifications

5+ years pre-sales engineering experience.
Customer-facing experience in roles like consulting or support.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts via presentations, slides, and demos.
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
Conduct research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate business value.
Deliver POCs for customers with complex use cases in collaboration with engineering teams.
Craft technical content showing how to implement use cases or standard methodologies.
Prepare and deliver demos illustrating how the company Identity Platform meets customer needs.
Distill customer needs and feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
