Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Security Specialist to own security conversations in deals that involve data residency, encryption, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the EMEA Solutions Architecture team, CISOs, and security architects to translate our cloud and BYOC deployments into recognized controls, drive threat modelling, and raise the security questionnaire quality.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data architecture with security controls.
• Extensive cloud and data security experience (IAM, key management, encryption).
• Familiar with enterprise data deal frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Credible with security buyers; comfortable presenting to CISOs.
• Ability to produce artefacts and security playbooks for reuse.

Responsibilities

• Act as security overlay on EMEA opportunities, discussing deployment models and security questions with customers and account teams.
• Lead security conversations with CISOs and translate architecture into recognized controls.
• Design and validate secure Cloud and BYOC deployment patterns including encryption, identity federation, and access control.
• Run threat modelling and architecture reviews with customer security teams and own the security workstream through POC and production readiness.
• Be the field's authority on compliance posture (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, DORA, NIS2).
• Raise the quality and speed of security questionnaires and DPIAs, building a reusable answer library.
• Build the security playbook for EMEA Solutions Architecture and enable SAs and AEs.
